24 HOUR CANCELLATION ON ALL COACHING SESSIONS.

48 HOUR CANCELLATION ON ALL STUDIO RENTALS.

All workshops require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon registration. No refunds 90 days before a workshop or once there is a consultation and materials have been assigned. No refunds or exchanges on workshop or coaching sessions that are purchased under FLASH SALES,  BLACK FRIDAY or HOLIDAY DEALS. Should a cancellation come up 90 days BEFORE a workshop, BKA will issue a 50% credit for future BKA services that expires one year from date of original purchase.

All coaching sessions, packages, workshops and credits expire one year from date of purchase.

All workshops and coaching sessions are for educational purposes only and are not and will not be considered auditions. 

All coaching sessions must be paid and scheduled prior to session. Should a session take place without payment, BKA reserves the right to automatically charge payment method on file no later than 24 hours after session takes place.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY: Broadway Kids Auditions, LLC (hereinafter, BKA), does not make false promises or representations. We are not agents, casting directors, or managers. We are an educational facility designed to provide audition coaching through acting, voice and dance training, classes, and workshops, as well as agent and casting director based training and forums. We do not and cannot guarantee bookings, signings, representation or work of any kind. I hereby release and hold harmless BKA, its owners, advisors, and all employees and agents of these parties from all liabilities, suits, claims, and/or demands of any nature, legal or financial, arising from the participation or observation of any activity sponsored by BKA. The student and guardian, named below, do voluntarily participate in any and all activities, and understand that certain risks are inherent to and from participation and involvement with BKA’s various formal and informal activities.BKA is not responsible for lost or stolen property at any time. Anyone found to be violating the rules, codes of conduct, or found to be disruptive to either another individual or group may be asked to leave the premises or off-site location at any time and may be refused re-entrance without any full or partial refund.BKA reserves the right to make decisions around weather and other acts of God. All studio rentals require 48 hour notice to the hour for cancellation, unless the studio is closed for Act of God. BKA requires a 24 hour cancellation for all coaching.  A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for all workshops upon registration. No refunds are given on any class or workshop after consultation and / or material has been assigned. No refunds given within 90 days before a class or workshop or once a consultation has been given by a BKA coach. Absolutely no refunds given on any workshop or coaching session purchased under a FLASH SALE, BLACK FRIDAY or HOLIDAY SALE. BKA will determine how the act of God will effect workshops and classes based on studio cancellation policies and majority of student attendance. BKA practices healthy singing, dancing and physical activities. However, BKA is not responsible for injury of any kind during participation in our classes, private coaching sessions, master classes or workshops. BKA coaches and staff members do not personally contact students or parents via email or social networking. All correspondence will be done via BKA's company email and company social media pages. Parents and Guardians waive the ability for BKA to use and publish any photography and / or video of students who are participating in a BKA workshop for all promotional purposes. No one under the age of 18 will be permitted to make any decisions based on the content of this site without parental or guardian consent. All teachers, guest casting directors, guest agents and any personnel scheduled to teach is subject to change due to the demands of industry scheduling. No refunds will be given due to personnel changes.
